Mandark reveals the origin of his anger is from being named Susan and being raised by New Age parents who disallowed science. This comes to a head when he meets Dexter, a science genius, who disregards Susan as not being scientifically equal. Three of Dexter's robots escape from the lab and run amok in the city. They experience many adventures leading them into a peck of trouble before Dexter comes to save them in the Dexo Robo 2000.
